Robot Da Vinci

El Sistema Quirúrgico Da Vinci sistema desarrollado por Intuitive Surgical es un robot quirúrgico diseñado para posibilitar cirugías complejas con invasiones minimas al cuerpo humano, usado especialmente para operaciones de prostáta, reparaciones de válvulas cardiácas y procedimientos quirúrgicos ginecológicos.

El sistema consiste en:
- La consola del cirujano: es el centro de mando del sistema da Vinci.El cirujano se sienta fuera del campo estéril, en la consola del cirujano, y maneja un endoscopio en 3D y el resto de instrumentos con los ojos, las manos y los pies mediante dos controladores principales y pedales. 
El sistema interpreta los movimientos del cirujano y los traduce a escala con movimientos precisos de los instrumentos.


- El carro del paciente: es el componente quirúrgico del sistema da Vinci. Su función principal es sostener los brazos para instrumentos y el brazo para la cámara. El sistema da Vinci utiliza la tecnología de centro de control, que permite que el sistema manipule los instrumentos y el endoscopio en la zona de la operación ejerciendo la mínima presión en la pared del cuerpo del paciente. Para garantizar la seguridad del paciente, las acciones del carro del paciente tienen prioridad sobre las acciones de la consola del cirujano.


- El carro de visualización: aloja el equipo de visualización de procesamiento central del sistema. Posee estantes regulables para incorporar instrumentos quirúrgicos auxiliares opcionales, como unidades electroquirúrgicas e insufladores. Durante la operación lo maneja una persona no estéril.

The Surgical System Vinci Gives system developed by Intuitive Surgical is a surgical robot designed to make complex surgeries possible with minimal invasions to the human body, used specially for operations of prostáta, repairs of valves cardiácas and surgical gynaecological procedures.

The system consists in:

- The console of the surgeon: it is the center of control of the system Vinci gives. The surgeon sits down out of the sterile field, in the console of the surgeon, and handles an endoscope in 3D and the rest of instruments with the eyes, the hands and the feet by means of two principal controllers and pedals.
The system interprets the movements of the surgeon and translates them into scale with precise movements of the instruments.

- The car of the patient: it is the surgical component of the system Vinci gives. His principal function is to support the arms for instruments and the arm for the chamber. The system gives Vinci uses the technology of center of control, which allows that the system should manipulate the instruments and the endoscope in the zone of the operation exercising the minimal pressure in the wall of the body of the patient. To guarantee the safety of the patient, the actions of the car of the patient have priority on the actions of the console of the surgeon.

- The car of visualization: it lodges the equipment of visualization of central processing of the system. It possesses adjustable shelves to incorporate surgical auxiliary optional instruments, as units electroquirúrgicas and insufladores. During the operation a not sterile person handles it.
